Team Kitchen
In this team you will contribute to maintaining the high quality standards of our kitchen and ensure that our guests also feel really good about the food. You are among other things responsible for the preparation of dishes in the à la carte shop and you work quality-oriented and like to be creative with a love of regional products.
Team Service
Here you are responsible for the professional and professional advice and support of our guests in the restaurant and café or at breakfast and you shine with warm and unobtrusive service. Experience or training in the hotel and catering industry is a prerequisite. Passion for this profession makes many things easier.
Team Housekeeping
You face the daily challenges from cleaning our public areas to service in the hotel rooms and pay attention to our work and hygiene standards. A change of activity to support the breakfast service is possible and desirable.
Team Reception
In this team you should have some experience in the front office and work in a team-oriented manner. You find it easy to quickly collect information and implement it. You are among other things responsible for the professional care of our guests from the first moment until their departure, for accepting reservations and correspondence and masters the strategically clever sale of rooms and additional services.
Team Smart Home
You ensure the smooth functioning of the building technology and take on inspection, maintenance and repair work in our team, including in our modern hotel rooms. A “green thumb” for the visual enhancement of our outdoor facilities would be desirable.
Team Spa
As a new therapist (physiotherapist, medical masseur or wellness therapist), your work area is the Spa in the Haffhus, a wellness oasis right on the Szczecin Lagoon. Responsibilities include not only performing spa treatments, but also a duty of care to ensure our standards of work are maintained in this area.
Trainee

What you will earn
Example – Skilled worker with work experience (40 hours per week):
Gross salary: from €2,000
Net salary : from €1,420
(Tax bracket 1, no child)

Net salary : from €1,300

Trainees start in 2020 with €750 and then receive €1,000 training allowance in the 3rd year of training.
Our trainees also benefit from tax-free surcharges, tips and staff meals.
